Job Description & Summary

To uphold the security, compliance, and reliability of our digital infrastructure, we are seeking a qualified candidate for the Identity Service Manager role. This position is critical for overseeing the lifecycle of digital certificates, which are integral to secure communications, system authentication, and data protection throughout the organization.
This position is essential to address potential risks associated with expired certificates and unplanned outages that may impact business operations and regulatory compliance. A dedicated Service Manager will also enhance resource efficiency and reduce the likelihood of human error in our operations.
Service Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as the Service Management Representative for the Enterprise Identity team, collaborating with service leads and managing requests in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
Build relationships with global customers to understand their needs, communicate demands, and gather feedback through scheduled meetings.
Prepare weekly updates on technical changes and release notes for customers.
Resolve complex issues by collaborating with engineering, architecture, network, and business teams.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee budget and performance metrics for the Enterprise Identity team.
Deputy Responsibilities:
Support the regional leader in managing and securing Identity services across member firms, including PKI/certificate management and addressing escalations.
Represent PKI services in planning meetings, develop the Identity pillar training curriculum, and implement process improvements.
Engage with stakeholders to align long-term goals, collaborate with vendors for performance, and undertake additional projects to enhance services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and monitor regional performance metrics for strategic insights.
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 7-10 year(s) of progressive professional roles involving information
security and/or IT management with strong project management and customer service experience.
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. Attention to detail, organized, and can work
independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in identity management technologies and protocols, including PKI and encryption.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, data protection, privacy policies, and cross-border data regulations.
Experience in technical project management and problem management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for managing customer requests.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with others.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
