The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance and Policy Adherence team is responsible for the management of IAM policy requirements and overall adherence monitoring, inclusive of customersecurity. This role is responsible for the IAM policy management lifecycle including the needs assessment, content development, and reviews leading complex discussions and decisions from both a strategic and technical perspective. The IAM Policy Lead will collaborate with technical SMEs and executives to ensure policy is aligned with the IAM strategy, financial service industry standards and best practices, and is practical and enforceable. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of IAM solutions, tools, and practices as well as policy governance.
